Scripture - 1 Samuel 7

Observation - Samuel led the people of Israel into obedience to God. They got rid of the idols and false gods and followed God instead.

Application - God loves us so much, he’s passionate about having our focus and attention. Are there areas of your life, things might need to be laid down so that your focus and attention can be on him instead of the world?

Prayer -  God, thank you for pursuing me. Would you help me to make You my focus? I ask you to give me strength and self control to lay down the things that distract me from my relationship with you. Amen
