Scripture - 1 Samuel 3

Observation - God spoke to Samuel, who was learning to hear his voice. What God told him wasn’t easy for him to share with Eli, but he did. Samuel continued to be known as a prophet who accurately spoke what God was saying.

Application - We have God’s Word, the Bible today to read and discover what he says to us. It’s not always easy to respond to what he says to us either. How can you respond to what God might be speaking to you today?

Prayer -  God, help me to respond to your word and truth today- when it’s easy and even when it’s hard. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
