Scripture - 2 Samuel 21

Observation - There was a lot of injustice that happened leading up to the events in this chapter. David responded to God by stopping the killing of the Gibeonites. He also brought closure to Saul’s family by brining his and Jonathan’s bones back to finally be buried.

Application - This chapter seemed to be quite a mess of cleaning up the mess that is often humanity. God is truly the only one that can make us completely whole. Invite God into the good and the messy areas of your life today. His way is better than ours.

Prayer - God, thank you for loving me right where I’m at, unconditionally, but also loving me too much to leave me where I’m at. I surrender every area of my life to you.
